 Custom-made holders that we call as precise holders are composed of two parts. One of these parts is placed on the crowns built on supporting teeth while the other is sit into interior part of the removable prosthesis. Thus, metallic part becomes hidden once the prosthesis has been worn. In other words, they cause an aesthetic looking. They are in many different types. Your dentist will decide on which precise holder is useable according to the prosthesis to be constructed. However, prostheses including precise holders are more expensive compared with prostheses including crochet holders.
